By allowing your staff and customers to rank problem statements, you obtain a clear picture of the real obstacles to CRM implementation. This ranking is done using a novel and swift internet-based tool called the CatNet.
The CatNet consists of a pack of cards with a problem statement on each one. This demonstration contains a limited set of eleven typical root-cause problem statements (gathered from the first stage of the Catalyst process), and illustrates the speed and comprehensive nature of this approach.
As the movie below shows, by dragging each card to the appropriate 'Big', 'Medium', 'Small' or 'No Problem' space you will indicate your personal opinion.
